Trying to figure out how many calories, protein, carbs & fats to eat can be frustrating which is why I created this program. I will calculate your macros according to your goals. 🚨This is not a meal plan, just your calculated macros. I do have a free Nutrition Guide on my app with tips that you might want to check out as well. If you’d like to have your macros calculated, once this program is purchased, please send an email to [email protected] with proof of purchase. I’ll also need your current weight, body fat % (if you know it) and your goals. Once that’s received, I will have your macros sent back to you within 24 hours.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
