MP- Monthly Program
Each month I will launch a new, 4 week MP.
They will vary from a 3,4 or 5 day split.
The programs will have a variety of training styles from bodybuilding, hiit, hybrid, minimal equipment, cardio, strength & kettlebells.
Hotel Holidays is here just in time for “the holidays” hence the name 😉
Traveling during the holidays can sometimes throw us off our workout routine, so this program is perfect if you want to get in and out quick. (45 min or less)
Whether you're in a hotel gym, home gym or any training facility, the workouts in Hotel Holidays will allow you to use minimal equipment, in a shorter amount of time.
Everything in this program will be free weights. We will be using Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands & Med balls.
3x per week split. 1 upper body, 1 lower body, 1 full body/hiit.
If you're using a hotel gym or home gym, it may be hard to incorporate progressive over load & go up in weight so if thats the case, I suggest working with tempo.
Slow down the reps. A slow tempo example might look like 4:2:4:1
A 4:2:4:1 exercise example would be, lets say you're doing squats.
4 seconds on the way down, 2 second pause at the bottom, 4 seconds on the way up & 1 second at the top before you descend again.
We will also have treadmill work (cardio) in hopes that everyone has access to a treadmill or even run out doors if the weather permits.
