Welcome to our first Monthly Program, (MP) Halloween Shreds.
"Monthly Programs" MP, is a new addition to my app.
Each month, I will launch a brand new 4 week program that will be a different training style & split.
We will have a variety of styles which include Bodybuilding, Hiit, Hybrid, Cardio/Conditioning, Strength & Kettlebells. Each month will have a 3, 4, 5 or 6 day split.
These programs will only last 4 weeks. They will eventually be archived & gone forever since I will be launching a brand new program at the beginning of each month.

Feedback helps me decide which programs &/or workouts to launch in the future. I’ll
do my best with keeping the workouts that you love & mixing them into future monthly programs.
So our first program, Halloween Shreds will be a 4x per week split. All 4 days will be push/pull with cardio/conditioning.
As with all of my programs, as we move through to weeks 2,3,4 etc. When the reps decrease, I’d like you to increase the weight.
For exercises like push ups, pull ups, dips etc. the reps will increase so if you’re doing them assisted, lower the assistance weight.
