FBA 2 is here!! 

We still have 5 days of training per week with cardio included. (I changed the split from FBA1 to keep it spicy 🌶️)

With the cardio, Ive programmed it at the beginning of the workouts but feel free to do it post workout or at another time of the day. Whatever works best for your schedule.

With FBA 2, as will all programs, id like you to challenge yourself with the weight & increase the load when the reps decrease.
Even if it’s 2.5-5lbs, progress is progress. 

I added stretching to this program so take a peek at Week 13/Day 12345 before you start. You’ll find all the stretches for this program in that section. Try to incorporate 5-10 min of stretching each day.
