BURN 60 - you'll be in & out within 60 minutes!!! This program is meant to build lean muscle & burn some serious calories all within an hour. Its a 4x per week split with a mix of upper & lower body plus cardio. We will also have high volume sets for each day meaning less exercises but more sets for time under tension. Lets get comfortable with being uncomfortable by increasing the weight/loads for each working set. Make a note of the weights you start with and try to go up each week. Please keep in mind that everyone works at a different pace within sets and with taking rests. Ive added 'short' rest times as Id like you to keep moving so that we burn more calories but please take more rest if you need it. Also, higher rep weeks will take longer than low rep weeks so I’m hoping it can all be done in under an hour but please don’t get discouraged if you go over. Do your best with moving quickly between sets. Let’s push some LEGAL WEIGHT!

Some of my certifications are: Precision Nutrition 1 Nutritionist, Bodybuilding Specialist, Glute Specialist & Kettlebell Certified.
