Yup! BBL program comin your way & you might be surprised as to what I have in store for you. Most of us desire full, round, pumped up glutes so I will be programming exercises to help us GROW!
& with the growing trend of people getting surgically enhanced glutes aka BBLs, Ive seen great work as well as botched work. Ive personally worked with a few females who have had BBL surgeries and they came to me wanting to grow their legs. Specifically, Quads & Hamstrings to give their physique a more natural look.
So thats exactly what this program is about. Not just growing our glutes but also growing our quads & hamstrings to have a more realistic, symmetrical physique.
What makes this program different than my Leg Day or Salute the Glutes program?
Salute the Glutes is a Glute Focused ONLY program. So just like many lower body exercises, you will hit hamstrings and quads but not to the extent that you will in this BBL program.
The Leg Day program will hit Glutes, Hamstrings & Quads but I am focusing on heavy volume in this BBL program for Hamstrings, as that muscle can lack size in comparison to the glutes when people have BBL surgeries as well as their quads. So my goal for everyone is to GROW our entire lower body.
This program can be done alone as it is 3 days per week OR you may mix it with any of my other programs that have upper body to get a FULL BODY routine. You can also repeat this program as many times as you wish to continue the growth.
