BBL 2.0 is here!! Just like the BBL 1.0 program, we will have a 3 day split hitting Glutes, Quads & Hamstrings. There will be minimal exercises but lots of volume with reps & sets. This will be an 8 week program, just like the first one & you can repeat it as many times as you like. Remember, consistency is key when trying to build muscle. Repeat the same workouts & exercises while trying to increase the load. Also, make sure to take a look at Week 9. Thats where all of your post workout stretches will be. Do these after each one of your workouts. Let’s grow some peaches & thick thighs!!

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
