This program is a 5-week workout program designed to keep you active with fun, high-intensity + strength workouts, and conditioning to teach you how to work your way around reaching your fitness goals! You’re guaranteed to have a progressive experience and feel more confident in & out of the gym! My programs include scheduled rest days, easy recipes to follow, and support in your journey. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽💪🏼 Weight training 4 times per week, 2 days of active rest: When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active, and 1 full rest day. If you ever have questions you can directly message me and I’ll give you modifiers or solutions on how to navigate this program. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
