About the program

This 6-week program is designed to help you get in shape and achieve your fitness goals. It is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced lifter. The program consists of five lifting sessions per week, with added cardio and core sessions. The lifting sessions will focus on compound movements that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, and pull-ups. The program will start with lighter weights and higher reps to focus on building muscular endurance and conditioning. As you progress, the weights will increase and the reps will decrease to focus on strength and hypertrophy. The cardio sessions will consist of a variety of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, such as sprints, rowing, and cycling. These workouts will help you burn calories and improve your cardiovascular fitness. The core sessions will focus on strengthening your abs, obliques, and lower back muscles. This will help improve your posture and reduce the risk of injury.     What do I need to participate?
    * You need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment * A positive attitude and dedication to the program
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    * The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
    What’s the schedule?
    * Weight training 3-4 times per week * 2 days of active rest: When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active. Do HIIT cardio/ab workouts, play sports, go for a hike or a long walk * 1 full rest day
