My name is Lauren Eyssallenne, I specialize in Women's Body Recomposition. I help women build strength/shape and reduce body fat/reveal muscle definition. I have coached women into feeling like they are in control of their health and bodies. Nutrition, Exercise, and Recovery are the non-negotiables for a healthy body composition. I created this subscription to be the place to work on all of these. Training Programs, Macro Friendly Recipes, Educational Resources, Stretching Classes, Q&A Series, and (best of all) a community of like-minded women.
My personal fitness journey of losing 80lbs and completely changing my body composition is what fuels my passion for this work. I want every woman to know how good you can feel when you take care of your health- confidence, energy, functionality, and fitness are all a result.
