WELCOME to the 30-day Spring Into Action program! A stronger, more active you is waiting! Spring is the perfect time to start fresh with our fitness regimen and get into a good routine to lead us into summer!
This is a 4 day per week split (you can view the full body day as optional if your schedule doesn’t allow for a 4th day). The goal here is to make this program work for YOUR schedule! To add intentional movement and exercise into our days is a privilege, and as the weather warms up and we thaw out from the winter time, what better way to get a jumpstart on summer than by starting now?!
We ease into it with this one, but if you’re a more experienced lifter, feel free to add an extra set to some of the exercises (example: if an exercise calls for 2 sets but you feel good going for a third, DO IT 💪🏼 Work to be your best self day in and day out, and the outcome will be so rewarding.
