About Lauren Findley

Online personal trainer

I have been passionate about health and fitness for many years. As a kid, I was always asking my dad to take me to the track, the gym or the field. I was committed to improving. Always striving to become a better athlete. I went on to break several high school records and run Division I track and field. I competed with, and against, elite athletes and had a grueling training regimen that required a whole new level of discipline. Today, I am an elite trainer with a wide array of experience and knowledge and a desire to continue learning. I have applied many of the skills I learned through college athletics to my training methods today. I love a challenge, and I love that feeling after a great workout. I love that I have the power to become stronger. And so do you. No matter what your goals are, fitness is about feeling good from the inside out. I truly believe in living a healthy lifestyle and I believe in the power of consistency and discipline. I believe that you are capable of SO much. I believe that you are stronger than you think.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
