This program is designed to help you build muscle, strength, discipline and confidence in & out of the gym!

THE SPLIT:
Day 1: chest, shoulders, triceps
Day 2: quads & glutes
Day 3: back, biceps, rear delts
Day 4: REST
Day 5: shoulders & abs
Day 6: hamstrings & glutes
Day 7: REST
