I completely understand the struggle many women go through when feeling unhappy not only with their body but overall life. We all face challenges and at the end of the day what matters most is how you overcome those stressful moments. AS FOR ME, FITNESS CHANGED EVERYTHING. My priority as a coach is to teach men and women how fitness can be used as a tool to better themselves physically and most importantly mentally.
Through ups and downs, body dysmorphia, disordered eating, and all the struggles most women go through, I have learned to be the most confident in my skin by working hard to achieve a strong body and mind. I became a fitness influencer because I believe that I could impact the world with my experience of body issues. I want to be able to impact men and women, who don’t have the knowledge or direction, or who seek advice and guidance, with a healthy driven lifestyle. I am here to show that anyone can be confident, sexy and strong just by believing in themselves and working hard towards their goals.
