About the program

*These are Crossbit workouts with F, but I won’t write it, so we’ll call them CrossWorkouts😉* This collection was created to give you workout options in case you want to add some CrossWorkouts to your routine or you are or were a CrossAthlete (Intermediate to advanced Level). The workouts are as prescribed and there are some of them that have some substitutions in case you don’t have a skill, but feel free to ask me or change whatever is needed. These workouts are not meant to be done BACK TO BACK, you can Pick them in any order depending on whatever stimulus you had that day. These workouts can also be your only ROUTINE of the day and I would only add one or two Hypertrophy and/or strength exercises. 🇪🇸 *Estos son entrenamientos de Crossbit con F, pero no lo escribiré, así que los llamaremos CrossWorkouts😉* Esta colección fue creada para darte opciones de entrenamiento en caso de que quieras añadir algunos CrossWorkouts a tu rutina o que seas o hayas sido un CrossAthlete (de nivel intermedio a avanzada).
