After vacations we need a little reality check to get back on track to our goals. Summer Challenge 2024 is ready to kick your ass into gear, get back on track and earn some results! In the midst of summer madness I have created a killer split of 1 upper, 2 lower body days and a full body day that is straight and to the point! 6 weeks of programming to get you excited about gaining strength and making sure those legs are hot as hell!
