    What is up my beautiful friend?!! I’m so happy to have you here! I’m Laura! Being a Mom of two teenagers, a wife, and business owner it can be tough trying to find time for yourself! I know I need to be able to have time to strength train and take care of my overall health so that I can take care of others! I fell in love with strength training, starting my own personal training gym was a dream come true so that I can share my passion! Earning my certifications in personal training, nutrition, strength and conditioning and more help me be able to provide and create training that is applicable in everyday life! Being able to train with you in this platform, allows me to be able to help coach more people with the ability to have proper training videos and step by step guides so that I can do the thinking for you!
