I can't wait to help you on your journey toward increased full body STRENGTH and MOBILITY! Together we'll target upper, lower, and full body strengthening with a focus on air jump training to get you PUMPED. This program is designed to get you fit and feeling stronger in 4 weeks through 50-minute sessions, 5 days a week, with easy-to-follow gym exercise video demonstrations and written instructions. Take what you learn and build from it, or rinse and repeat to keep up your strength training! Either way, this program is a guaranteed life changer!!

What is up my beautiful friend?!! I’m so happy to have you here! I’m Laura! Being a Mom of two teenagers, a wife, and business owner it can be tough trying to find time for yourself! I know I need to be able to have time to strength train and take care of my overall health so that I can take care of others! I fell in love with strength training, starting my own personal training gym was a dream come true so that I can share my passion! Earning my certifications in personal training, nutrition, strength and conditioning and more help me be able to provide and create training that is applicable in everyday life! Being able to train with you in this platform, allows me to be able to help coach more people with the ability to have proper training videos and step by step guides so that I can do the thinking for you! Absolutely! Anywhere from beginners to advanced levels will benefit from jump strength training. Plus all workouts are modifiable based on your current level and strength. I'll walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
What equipment do I need?
Access to a standard gym.
How much time do I need to do this program?
This program is designed to take 50 minutes per day, 5 days per week, for a total of 4 weeks! Of course you can always modify to go at your own pace.
