Welcome to our women’s wellness community where you will find support, education and empowerment to reach your health and wellness goals!

Have you ever wanted a space where you could work with multiple female health care providers in multiple specialties to find an overall wellness approach to health? 
​
We came together and noticed there was a lack of community not only for our own clients, but for women that we were surrounded by in every day life. This virtual clinic will be a safe and encouraging space to ask questions, have support with your health and wellness goals and find the community we are all striving for. 
​
In this virtual clinic you will find:
resources from each provider for specific topics
live educational calls
live workouts 
recipes and meal plans
full courses
individual coaching
community 
and so much more! 
​
You will have the opportunity to work one on one with the providers if you choose, but this is also a space to just be present with no pressure and have that support without having to sign up for a full coaching program. 
​
It takes a team and when women come together, mountains are moved! 
​
You will be able to join the clinic for a 2 week FREE trial and then there is a monthly charge of $28/month to support the providers time. ALL resources in the clinic are open and available once you join the community.

Hello 👋🏽 I’m Jemila Medley!

I’m a Pelvic Floor Therapist, Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, & a Diastasis Expert. I’m also a wife & a mom! I treat clients in my office & virtually @mommasinmotion with pelvic floor issues such as: urinary leaking, back pain, pain with sex, abdominal separation, core weakness, prolapse, pelvic pain, preparing for birth, postpartum healing, & more! 
 
Outside of my work, I enjoy singing/songwriting, dancing, going to group exercise classes, & time with my loved ones.
 
I am thrilled to be apart of the Authentic Health provider lineup and look forward to helping you gain knowledge and resources surrounding your pelvic floor, TTC/pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond!

Hey ladies! I’m Kelli, a licensed mental health therapist. I am so excited to be part of the Authentic Health Women’s Wellness Clinic. I have been in the field for almost 9 years working with a wide range of populations from juvenile justice, healthcare, maternal mental health, birth to 3, schools, and now I have my own private practice. I love working with women to better their mental health, and crush them goals! I am very hands on in my practice with activities, breath work, visualizations, assessments, and whatever else I decide to do along the way!
 
Fun fact about me, I am obsessed with travel! I believe travel is a form of self care, so you might see some travel things happening here and there in the clinic too! Excited to see you in there!
