The Uplift end of year program is designed to reach goals and build healthy habits going into the new year!
It’s easy this time of year to “wait” to start until the new year, but we are going to push through!
This program with have lifting, cardio, step count, nutrition and water intake tracking.
You will see alternative movements (labeled alt.) for exercises that can be done at home vs a gym.
Step goal: this should be challenging for you! Whatever you’re average is, I would add 2,000 initially and by end of the 8 weeks work up to 5,000+ steps than your current average!
Water goal: minimum half your body weight in ounces. End goal shoot close to 100oz.
Nutrition goal: this is something to add into your day! Is it adding a vegetable or fruit. Is it brining a cooked meal from home instead of eating out. Is it protein at each meal.
