The Uplift end of year program is designed to reach goals and build healthy habits going into the new year! It’s easy this time of year to “wait” to start until the new year, but we are going to push through! This program with have lifting, cardio, step count, nutrition and water intake tracking. You will see alternative movements (labeled alt.) for exercises that can be done at home vs a gym. Step goal: this should be challenging for you! Whatever you’re average is, I would add 2,000 initially and by end of the 8 weeks work up to 5,000+ steps than your current average! Water goal: minimum half your body weight in ounces. End goal shoot close to 100oz. Nutrition goal: this is something to add into your day! Is it adding a vegetable or fruit. Is it brining a cooked meal from home instead of eating out. Is it protein at each meal. If you would like specific nutrition support please message me and I will get you connected with one of the dietitians on the team! About Lacey Lyons

Registered Dietitian & Personal Trainer

Hey friends! My name is Lacey and I am in love with all things nutrition and fitness. I am a women’s health registered dietitian. I work with women all over to reach their goals through nutrition and fitness without restriction and healing the relationship with health. I have struggled in my past with restriction, binge eating and body dysmorphia. Through hard work and consistency I have found my true balance with health and wellness and now I get to help other women as well! Fitness to me is all about moving your body. It looks different for everyone and that is okay! Moving our body has so many positive effects, mentally and physically, and my main goal is to help you do it in a way that works best for you! What makes Playbook different? How do I know it will work for me?
I love Working with Playbook because not only is the platform incredible, but there are also so many other trainers! I specialize in at home workouts with little equipment. If you want to choose yoga one day, there will be another trainer that you can search that has yoga! There are so many options to hep you reach your goals!
I'm a beginner, is Playbook for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, there are workouts for you. Some are 15 minutes long while others are 45 min - 1 hour. You can do as many rounds as you are able to and I am here to help! Each movement has a video recorded personally by me to show form and also modifications if needed. There is also direct messaging so if you ever have any questions I am there for you! This app gives you fitness in the comfort of your own home.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
The only equipment I would recommend is a set of 2 dumbbells. One lighter and one heavier. There are a few workouts with bands in them, but you can complete them without if needed. There are close to 100 workouts in this app so far and continually growing!
