Welcome to the Spotlight Challenge!!
This 6 week program is designed to get back into a routine after the crazy summer!
Starting August 1st!
Goals of the challenge:
▫️complete at least 4 workouts per week. These can be from this specific challenge, or if your still working through another program that is great too!
▫️hit 8,000 steps 5 days out of the week. Steps are incredibly important to our health and you will see the most success with increasing steps! I recommend breaking this up throughout the day and start early with a short walk.
▫️be active in the community section. Whatever this looks like for you works for me! Uploading a picture, inspirational quote, commenting on another post supporting and more! This is the spot for us to lift each other up! ❤️
That’s it! This is not a weight loss challenge at all, but if you want to send me before and after pictures that could be helpful as well! The more consistent we are with our habits, the better our health will be (:
🥇Most consistent - $100 gift card to your health and wellness store of your choice. If it’s activewear, more equipment, groceries etc. I want to support your health and wellness needs! The winner will also receive a 2 months free full nutrition coaching program!
🥈Most consistent - this winner will receive 3 months of meal plans/guidance and a free nutrition consult
I will have two different photos that you can save to keep track of your consistency! I’d love to see them throughout the program on your stories, in messenger etc. I want to be here to cheer you on!!
