Welcome to the Spotlight Challenge!! This 6 week program is designed to get back into a routine after the crazy summer! Starting August 1st! Goals of the challenge: ▫️complete at least 4 workouts per week. These can be from this specific challenge, or if your still working through another program that is great too! ▫️hit 8,000 steps 5 days out of the week. Steps are incredibly important to our health and you will see the most success with increasing steps! I recommend breaking this up throughout the day and start early with a short walk. ▫️be active in the community section. Whatever this looks like for you works for me! Uploading a picture, inspirational quote, commenting on another post supporting and more! This is the spot for us to lift each other up! ❤️ That’s it! This is not a weight loss challenge at all, but if you want to send me before and after pictures that could be helpful as well! The more consistent we are with our habits, the better our health will be (: 🥇Most consistent - $100 gift card to your health and wellness store of your choice. If it’s activewear, more equipment, groceries etc. I want to support your health and wellness needs! The winner will also receive a 2 months free full nutrition coaching program! 🥈Most consistent - this winner will receive 3 months of meal plans/guidance and a free nutrition consult I will have two different photos that you can save to keep track of your consistency! About Lacey Lyons

Registered Dietitian & Personal Trainer

Hey friends! My name is Lacey and I am in love with all things nutrition and fitness. I am a women’s health registered dietitian. I work with women all over to reach their goals through nutrition and fitness without restriction and healing the relationship with health. I have struggled in my past with restriction, binge eating and body dysmorphia. Through hard work and consistency I have found my true balance with health and wellness and now I get to help other women as well! Fitness to me is all about moving your body. It looks different for everyone and that is okay! Moving our body has so many positive effects, mentally and physically, and my main goal is to help you do it in a way that works best for you! What makes Playbook different? How do I know it will work for me?
I love Working with Playbook because not only is the platform incredible, but there are also so many other trainers! I specialize in at home workouts with little equipment. If you want to choose yoga one day, there will be another trainer that you can search that has yoga! There are so many options to hep you reach your goals!
I'm a beginner, is Playbook for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, there are workouts for you. Some are 15 minutes long while others are 45 min - 1 hour. You can do as many rounds as you are able to and I am here to help! Each movement has a video recorded personally by me to show form and also modifications if needed. There is also direct messaging so if you ever have any questions I am there for you! This app gives you fitness in the comfort of your own home.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
The only equipment I would recommend is a set of 2 dumbbells. One lighter and one heavier. There are a few workouts with bands in them, but you can complete them without if needed. There are close to 100 workouts in this app so far and continually growing!
