This program is designed to train all aspects of fitness. The body has incredible capabilities and I realized that I want a training program that combines multiple forms of training.
Resistance training for building muscle, mobility for healthy aging, steady cardio for heart health and stamina, and HIIT for an energy burst and challenge!
I hope this program can introduce some new movements and push your body to new possibilities!!
I recommend to also have a step goal for this program. Moving throughout the day is important for overall health. Taking a 5 minute walk break throughout the day is so beneficial!
