Welcome to the Build 2025 program! ๐
This is the first program that will be in 4 week blocks. Your workout week with be very similar for 4 weeks. The goal is to increase reps, weight and fitness ability within the 4 weeks. Keep track of the weight you are using, how many rounds you get through etc. so that by the end of the 4 weeks you can see the growth.
Try to increase weight and push yourself a little harder each week!
At the end of the 4 weeks we will start a new block to switch things up! Still with the same goals.
You can choose when your rest days are depending on your schedule!
This is a 4 month program! At the end of it you will feel stronger, higher fitness capabilities and more!
You will need dumbbells and bands for this workout program!
