This program is for my strength focused ladies!! Muscle mass is the most efficient way women can live a very long healthy life! Hormones, blood sugar regulation, and so much more mechanisms in the body function better! This program is fully focused on building strength!
I recommend trying to add in steps through this program too!
I would shoot for a minimum of 8,000 steps and if that is close to what you’re doing raise it to 10,000!
