Happy 2024!!! This 4 week sprint challenge is meant to jump start the new year with positive habits! Exercise is important, but so are the daily habits that make up overall health and that’s what this challenge is for!
Each day the goal is to check of all of these goals:
1) daily step goal
2) organized movement
3) nutrition goal
4) water goal
5) read 10 pages
You will create the specific goals for each of these tasks whatever works best for you! I can help you set those if you need!
I will upload 5 workouts each week, but if that is not your fitness goal that is okay! See a goal that is right for you. On the days we are not exercising, shoot for a meditation, yoga or stretch and that counts as the organized movement.
