Hi, I’m Korissa, a certified fitness trainer specializing in prenatal and postpartum fitness, strength training, and Pilates. My passion for helping women stay active during and after pregnancy comes from my own experience—I struggled with preeclampsia during my pregnancy, and I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate fitness and health during this time. I want women to know that exercise during pregnancy is not only safe but beneficial when done correctly. My mission is to educate and empower women with safe, effective workouts that support strength, mobility, and confidence through every stage of motherhood. Whether you’re expecting, recovering postpartum, or simply looking to build strength, I’m here to help you feel strong, energized, and in control of your body.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
