Strength Coach & Trainer

I have been a professional figure skater for over 10 years and my sport has allowed me to explore so many different areas of health & fitness. I have had the opportunity to travel the world performing and doing something that I love and whether I was working on a cruise ship or a TV show, one thing remained consistent - my love and dedication of living an active lifestyle and figuring out what makes my body work at its best. I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a strong focus on yoga, mobility, stretching, and core strength. Figure skating has played a huge part in how I look at training and also the importance of flexibility and mobility and how it compliments strength training. I will be sharing my favorite mobility sequences, stretch and yoga flows, and lots of core circuits to help you become a well rounded athlete and compliment your gym routine!
