That's why I created the Skater Summer Training Program!
A program that's designed to keep you on top of your off-ice training but is also realistic.
Every week you will have 3 workout/drills days & one OPTIONAL day :) YOU CHOOSE the optional day.
This is a 6 week program that is meant to be repeated 2x (for a total of 12 weeks)
