It’s here!! The Skater Training Program 🥳
I’ve come up with the ultimate skating off ice training block 🫶🏼
Each block is 4 weeks long and goes Monday-Sunday. You’ll repeat these workouts for 4 weeks and after the 4 weeks, you will move on to Block 2 (coming soon).
This program is meant to COMPLIMENT your skating training, other training styles etc.
Here’s how I have broken it up:
2x unilateral strength days (bc we do everything in skating & life unilaterally ☺️)
Hip & Ankle Mobility Day
Spiral & Spread Eagle Day
Hip & Ankle STRENGTH Day
Splits & Spiral Day
Light Plyometrics & Core Day
You can also mix and match workouts as you please. Aside from the unilateral strength days, the other days are treated as “drill days” so you can skate, workout, train as you wish and use the drills as a compliment.
