Your ultimate MOBILITY & Strength program is here! The focus of this program is LOW intensity i.e no jumping around and stable strength movements paired with mobility. This program is 4 weeks long and gives a great mix of full body, upper body, & lower body days. You will also have a chance to really work that unilateral (single side) strength. This program highlights how mobility can help us improve our lifts by working our Range of Motion first. **PLEASE NOTE** Anything that is SINGLE side - you must do the rep count on BOTH sides for ONE set. Example: reverse lunge - 8 reps + 3 sets. This means 8 reps completed on each side = 1 SET. You will need access to dumbbells with varied weight and a bench for this program. - 4 days of workouts - 2 active recovery days - 1 full rest day Take the challenge and get started and get STRONG!

Ice Skater, Functional Strength & Flexibility Coach

I have been a professional figure skater for over 10 years and my sport has allowed me to explore so many different areas of health & fitness. I have had the opportunity to travel the world performing and doing something that I love and whether I was working on a cruise ship or a TV show, one thing remained consistent - my love and dedication of living an active lifestyle and figuring out what makes my body work at its best. I am a certified personal trainer and functional strength coach with a strong focus on strength, mobility, stretching, and core strength. Figure skating has played a huge part in how I look at training and also the importance of flexibility and mobility and how it compliments strength training. ABSOLUTELY! I have beginner friendly workouts and stretch sequences and more intermediate content. There will definitely be something for everyone here!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! More than likely, NO. BUT if you are here for fitness, you will definitely need dumbbells.
What's the cost of the app?
After a free 7 days you have two options. You can choose to go monthly at $14.99 or upgrade to annual for $99.99 and save lots of money! Whatever you choose, I am so happy to have you in the app :)
