This program is specifically designed for the safe and effective progression of upper, lower, and total body exercises for Intermediate/Advanced lifters only over the course of 30 Days.

Programming is designed for a safe/effective 5-Day Split. Once program is complete, adjust and/or repeat as you’d like. 

You may experience a rounder peach, toned muscles, and an increase in confidence as a result of adhering to this progressive overload program - but you will also gain a better understanding of why programming for Stabilization, Strength, and Power are crucial to one’s fitness journey. It is my goal that you will stick to the full 30 Day program and share your progress with me along the way!

NOTE: Due to the gradual intensity of this program, I recommend increasing your caloric intake. Percentages (%) listed on an exercise indicate the amount of weight you should be doing compared to your 1-Rep Max (1RM) for the exercise. If your 1RM is 200, 50% of that would be 100.
