This program is specifically designed for the safe and effective progression of upper body movements and exercises for Intermediate/Advanced Lifters.
 
Programming is designed for a safe/effective 4-Day Split. Once program is complete, adjust and/or repeat as you’d like. 

You may experience increased strength and a more toned physique as a result of adhering to this progressive overload program - but you will also gain a better understanding of why programming for Stabilization, Strength, and Power are crucial to one’s fitness journey. It is my goal that you will stick to the full 8-Week program and share your progress with me along the way!

NOTE: Due to the gradual intensity of this program, I recommend increasing your caloric intake. Percentages (%) listed on an exercise indicate the amount of weight you should be doing compared to your 1-Rep Max (1RM) for the exercise. If your 1RM is 200, 50% of that would be 100.
