From a young age, Kenzie developed a deep passion for fitness, growing up in an environment where health and wellness were central to daily life. Her parents owned a local gym, providing her with early exposure to the transformative power of exercise. This foundation ignited her desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. Kenzie further honed her skills as a Division II collegiate volleyball player for three years, where she gained invaluable insights into strength training and athletic performance under the guidance of experienced trainers. Her dedication to fitness led her to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer during her senior year of college.
