Program Structure: Simple, Effective, Targeted Each week follows a strategic split to ensure balanced development and recovery: Day 1 – Upper Body (Push-Focused): Engage in exercises that target the chest, shoulders, and triceps, promoting upper body strength and muscle definition. Day 2 – Lower Body (Glute/Hamstring Dominant): Focus on movements that activate the glutes and hamstrings, essential for lower body strength and stability. Day 3 – Upper Body (Pull-Focused): Incorporate exercises targeting the back and biceps, enhancing pulling strength and overall upper body balance. Day 4 – Lower Body (Quad Dominant): Prioritize exercises that engage the quadriceps, contributing to balanced leg development and power. Day 5 – Light Cardio & Core: Conclude the week with low-impact cardiovascular activity and core strengthening exercises to improve endurance and abdominal strength. Program Highlights: Progressive Overload: Each workout is designed to gradually increase in intensity, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.
