This 4-day, 6-week strength program is designed to build functional, full-body strength with minimal equipment. Each week follows a balanced push, pull, lower body, and circuit training split to target all major muscle groups and support a strong, resilient body. This plan is easy to follow and can be paired with your favorite cardio or workout classes.
