Personal Trainer

I am a former competitive gymnast and collegiate athlete who needed to learn how to stay active after athletics. I found weightlifting and fell in love with it! I am now a wife and mom with a busy corporate job who helps other busy women find time to focus on their fitness and nutrition to be the version of themselves daily!

What are the goals of this program?
Increase overall lean muscle mass Get a “toned” look by building muscle Build core strength
What do I need to participate?
Various weights of dumbbells, barbell, and cables. This program is mostly dumbbells so VERY EASILY modified to be done at home.
What’s the schedule?
5 days of lifting -Lower Body -Upper Body -Full Body + Core -Lower Body -Upper Body
How can I ask you questions?

How will I get the best results?
-Stay consistent with your workouts and stick to the program for all 6 weeks. -Push yourself with weights, if your last rep is easy then increase weight. -Dedicated nutrition regimen that is personalized for your goals (I do one time macro counts for $35 if you need help) -Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover
