Phase 3 combines the precision of Pilates, the power of strength training, and the fluidity of mobility to help you move with more control, strength, and confidence in every direction. This phase adds props and dumbbells to challenge your coordination, endurance, and strength while maintaining the alignment and body awareness you’ve built from the ground up. 🩶 2 Days: Strength + Mobility — dynamic full-body sessions that layer resistance, balance, and breath to create a strong, supple body that moves well under load. 🩶 1 Day: Pilates Flow — refine your technique, reconnect to your centerline, and restore balance to your week. You’ll finish this phase feeling strong, supported, and capable — with strength that feels as graceful as it is powerful.
