About Kelly Green

Online personal trainer

Kelly Green has been inspiring others since 2004. Her passion has taken her around the world teaching workshops retreats and trainings. Kelly heads the teacher training program at Yoga Joint and co-created the studio’s yoga flow and teaching style. With over 1500 hours of study, she’s trained in everything yoga, reiki, and Thai bodywork. Her nicknames are Handstand Hancho and Resident Love Leader. Kelly tries to “touch” each person in the room.
