Hi I’m Kelly Ann! I’m a professional triathlete, mom of two crazy kids and military spouse!

I created TRI KAM TRAINING to be a one-stop-shop for effective and timely athletic training, sustainable & enjoyable nutrition, and mastering your lifestyle and goals through simple adaptations into your daily life.

Life should be enjoyed and celebrated but also challenging. Here at TKT we embrace the struggle while putting our own spin on creating sustainable actions to create lifelong results!
