When I first became a Mom, I suffered from PPD & PPA… and it took me a long time to dig myself out of it and feel like ME again.
That was 7 years ago, and fitness played a HUGE role in me getting my life back.
It made me feel empowered, happy, strong and allowed me to care for myself so I could pour into my kids and be the best version of myself for them.
Over the years, I’ve been asked by other Moms what I do and how I do it. It’s taken me a long time to build the courage to do what I’m passionate about, which is inspiring women to find themselves again. To feel beautiful and know they are worthy. To have them care for themselves first, because you can’t pour from and empty cup 🖤
I did BB for years and worked with an amazing personal trainer, as well as done a lot of research and learning over the years for how to best work towards my fitness goals, and here I am. Sharing with you what I can!
