    Who is this fitness program for?
    Fae Warriors program is designed for any woman who wants to increase her strength, endurance, agility, and confidence in the gym. The level of this fitness program varies from beginner to intermediate. This program is perfect for you if you need guidance and direction in the gym. While there may be movements that are new to beginners, there will be written instructions and a video demonstration to guide you!
    Is this program accessible for home workouts?
    If you have a home gym or equipment, this program can be scaled to do in the comfort of your own home. If you do not have access to weights or equipment in your home, a gym setting will be necessary.
    How do I choose my weights?
    While we are working on building muscle, make sure you are choosing weights that challenge you without sacrificing form. If you are lifting weights that feel too easy for your prescribed reps, increase the weight. To avoid injury, if a weight is too heavy to complete your full rep range, decrease the weight. As a general rule of thumb, the last few reps of a set should feel challenging but still doable.
    What about my nutrition?
    Hopefully by embarking on this fitness journey, you will feel inspired to make healthy choices in the kitchen. Remember you cannot out-train a poor diet. While you are putting effort in inside the gym, be sure you are fueling your body properly with nutritious, whole foods. MyFitnessPal offers a free tracking app to get an idea of how much protein, carbohydrates, fats, and calories you are consuming. Increase or decrease as needed. Tip: A general rule of thumb to follow is 1g of protein per 1lb of bodyweight. Ex: A woman weighing 170lbs, would aim to consume 170g of protein per day.
