        I AM A NASM CERTIFIED WOMEN’S FITNESS SPECIALIST, PERSONAL TRAINER, AND NUTRITION COACH. I AM ALSO FIRST AND FOREMOST, A MOTHER OF 5. I have always loved fitness. My love for fitness started at a very young age. My brother and I had a weight bench and some free weights and would have fitness competitions in our basement. I was also an athlete during my school years. It was not until later I found my love of all things nutrition as well. As a mom of 5, I feel like I understand a lot of the time challenges of fitness. That seems to be a high complaint. I know as a woman in general, we often feel selfish for taking care of ourselves. Truth is you cannot be who you need to be without being healthy yourself. It truly is my mission and passion to help every single person feel good.
