I AM 30 Day Series

Get started today!

Intermediate level series. I AM 30 Day Series is a holistic exploration of strengthening the body, opening the mind, and diving into the heart. Each week we'll work with a specific "I AM" mantra/phrase during our yoga practice, drills, meditations, and beyond. In addition to daily classes and weekly meditations, I've created journal prompts, food additives, and off-the-mat practices for you to implement in your own time. The mantras for each week are: Week 1: I AM PLANTED IN THIS MOMENT HERE, NOW. Week 2: I AM CONFIDENT IN THE CAPABILITY OF MY STRENGTH. Week 3: I AM COMPASSIONATE WITH MY LANGUAGE. Week 4: I AM PART OF THE COLLECTIVE. The structure of each week looks like this: Monday, Day 1: Warm Up Flow (15 - 20 mins) Tuesday, Day 2: Full Flow (40 - 60 mins) Wednesday, Day 3: Strength Drill (15 - 20 mins) Thursday, Day 4: Flexibility Drill (15 - 20 mins) Friday, Day 5: Full Flow (40 - 60 mins) Saturday, Day 6: Breath Work & Meditation (10 - 15 mins) Sunday, Day 7: Integration Day Each week we'll focus on different areas of the body: Week 1: feet, legs, hips Week 2: core, shoulders, wrists Week 3: upper back, chest, shoulders, throat Week 4: full body Each week we'll work into TWO different peak postures (each Full Flow Class has it's own peak): Week 1: Seated Compass & Standing Compass Week 2: Hurdlers Arm Balance & Handstand Week 3: King Cobra & One Leg Wheel Week 4: Revisit all peak postures from previous weeks The purpose of the I AM 30 Day Series is to provide students with space both on and off of the mat for deep introspection, discipline, and strength. Enjoy!

I am a yoga teacher, humanitarian, and entrepreneur who is dedicated to serving people, animals, and the planet through environmental service. As the daughter of a yoga teacher, I have been practicing yoga asana for . Over time, the practice of Yoga has expanded beyond the physical & into a mental, spiritual, and holistic approach to life. I’ve accumulated over 1,000 hours of training from a variety of schools, styles, and methodologies around the world including: Baptiste Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Budokan, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki, and Yogic Philosophy. In the last 9 years, I’ve crafted a unique style by pulling bits and pieces from my continuous study and my own life’s evolution. I share my in-person offerings through international retreats and YTTs with my business GLOW Yoga Retreats. Additionally, I own and operate my own retreat center, Still Salty Escape, located in Northern Nicaragua. I hope you can practice with me in person one day soon!

Frequently asked questions

What level is this series?
This is an intermediate level series.
Do you have to do every class?
That's up to you! The series is intended to be practiced as a whole, but you can do whatever best suites your timing and abilities.
Do you have to practice the classes in order?
I suggest practicing the classes in order, as they build on one another. However, if you see a particular area you want to work on, you can always jump ahead.
Why is it called "I AM" series?
Each week we're working with an "I am" mantra throughout each class.
What peak postures will we work in to?
Week 1: Seated Compass & Standing Compass Week 2: Hurdlers Arm Balance & Handstand Week 3: King Cobra & One Leg Wheel Week 4: Revisit all peak postures from previous weeks
What is the overall intention of this series?
To experience the yoga practice in a holistic fashion: physically, mentally, and emotionally both on and off of the mat.
What's your favorite class?
I love the final flows of the last week, because they're a real culmination of everything we've worked on for nearly a month. Plus, it provides you a chance to see how far you've come trying certain peak poses again for a second time after 3 weeks of consistent practice.
