Lovely morning start. My body feels so good I could cry. Loved the low exaulted crescent, gate, side plank bit.🤤 Back bends continue to feel good too. 🥹In love with my process & how far my body has come. Thank you!

Like a hug from my grandmother. I feel so good! My outer right hip needs all of the love and this delivers. My skandasana has leveled up too. Zero sensation in my knees now and the shape feels more restorative whereas it used to feel strength base for me. LOVING every bit of my journey and all of the subtle shifts. I never would have imagined feeling as good as I do now. The amount of gratitude I have for you is immeasureable. Thank you. I love you. 🥹❤️

This felt as too much in too short time. Recommend doing it after a longer class.
