Are Beginner classes good for someone who's never practiced yoga before?
Yes! These classes are made for you! Even if you're moving your body in new ways for the first time, these classes are designed to explore that initial exploration of the practice.
What's the difference between Beginner/Moderate and Beginner?
Beginner/Moderate means the class will be SLIGHTLY more challenging (good for someone who has taken around 2 - 3 yoga classes before).

Absolutely! Not only is it great to revisit and refine the foundations, but it's also great to slow down and change up your practice.
