Welcome to SOUL STRENGTH! This is a 30 day program that focuses on SPIRITUAL growth alongside physical growth in the gym. Every day you will have a workout (or instructed rest day) and daily scripture with a journal reflection. We will focus on finding the balance between hard work and biblical REST and confidence in Jesus, not our appearances. The workout split is as follows (but you can move around the rest days as needed) M: lower (posterior chain) T: push day W: cardio & core T: pull day F: lower (anterior chain) S: rest S: rest This program is my favorite yet and I have no doubt you’re going to gain so much more than gym gains. What do I need to participate?
You need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment Also a Bible or digital version of the Bible (free download- the BIBLE app!) A way to take notes/answer the journal prompt
How will I get the best results?
*start each day with the scripture and journal prompt (or do it before bed.) *Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) *Drink at least 1/2 gallon of water daily *Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover
