This is where you’ll be able to find my full upper body days! Sometimes I separate them into “push” and “pull” days but every once in a while I’ll have one day a week where I combine them all to get a total upper body burn.
On these days I hit a little bit of biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, and sometimes chest!
