⭐️YOU DONT HAVE TO COMPLETE THIS IN SEPTEMBER! (Only if you want to be entered in the giveaway you do.) I will keep the workouts from the previous week on here so you can start whenever you want/ even come back in a few months a repeat the challenge!
THE DETAILS:
1. The workouts : Hit at least 3 workouts each week. I will be uploading 4-5 but It’s okay if you don’t hit them all. Notice they aren’t labeled by day because I want you guys to have the flexibility to choose! I want you to make a goal that’s realistic for you. But 3 is the minimum! And be smart- don’t hit the same muscle group two days in a row!
⭐️I also encourage you to go on a walk for some steady state cardio a few days a week as well
2. ACTIVITY: each week has a hands on “activity”or exercise for your head/heart. It’s easy to just skip over these but I really urge you to do them! They are things that I seriously do in my own personal life and have reaped the benefits from. 💞
3. Hydration: Drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of water per day! We love a hydrated queen.
4. Nutrition: Prioritize a high protein diet! I recommend around 1g of protein per lb of body weight per day. The workouts will do very little if you aren’t fueling your body properly. Lots of fresh veggies and Whole Foods! Check out “Kay’s Kitchen” for meal inspo!
PROGRESS PHOTOS: optional but I really urge you take progress photos (or at least journal how you feel) every week at the same time! These will be so useful to see your progress and keep you motivated but also you can submit them to me at the end so I can hype you up!
