⭐️YOU DONT HAVE TO COMPLETE THIS IN JULY! I will keep the workouts from the previous week on here so you can start whenever you want/ even come back in a few months a repeat the challenge! BUT you do have to complete it in July for the giveaway!
Split:
MON: full body/ hiit
TUES: chest triceps shoulders
WED: legs
THURS: active rest
FRI: Back & biceps
SAT: legs
SUN: full rest
THE DETAILS:
1. Workouts : Hit at least 3 workouts each week. It’s okay if you don’t hit them all I want you to make a goal that’s realistic for you. But 3 is the minimum!
2. JOURNAL: Either start or end everyday by a quick journal session. Write 3 things you’re grateful for everyday. Also keep tally of if you’ve completed your workout, drank your water, stayed on track of your nutrition, etc every day!
3. Drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of water per day! We love a hydrated queen.
4. Nutrition: Prioritize a high protein diet! I recommend around 1g of protein per lb of body weight per day. The workouts will do very little if you aren’t fueling your body properly. Lots of fresh veggies and Whole Foods! Check out “Kay’s Kitchen” for meal inspo!
PROGRESS PHOTOS: optional but I really urge you take progress photos every week at the same time! These will be so useful to see your progress and keep you motivated but also you can submit them to me at the end so I can glue you up!

What are the goals of the program?
This is a one month challenge that focuses not only on physical strength, but mental strength. We are developing healthy habits in and out of the gym to be the best, most balanced versions of ourselves!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Stay CONSISTENT! Remember we aren’t striving to be occasionally perfect, but consistently good! Just do your best and if you fall off track just hop back on!
What do I need to participate in this program?
Access to a basic gym equipment! This program uses machines and equipment but you can find it at just about any chain gym. Modify when needed!
