Hello & welcome to my 4 week pre-season conditioning program! This program is designed to be done before you start track specific work. In this program you will do 5 workouts per week and you will have 1 active recovery day and 1 rest day. Before completing any of these workouts, go to the “track warmups” section and go through the warmup jog, dynamic warmup, walking stretches, and sprint drills sections. This conditioning will be challenging. The point of this conditioning program is to get you in the best possible shape before starting more specific training.

Hi I'm Katie, and this is my story

I am a professional track & field athlete and coach. I ran for Arizona State for 5 years before making the decision to pursue track & field at the next level. As a heptathlete and 400m/400m hurdler, I have vast experience in multiple running, jumping, and throwing events. My goal is to help you become the best athlete possible! This app is designed for sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers, and multis who want to improve in their events. I have workouts and programs for each of these specific areas as well as off-season and pre-season workout programs to get you prepped for in-season training. I also have mobility and cross training sections geared to help you prevent or come back from injury. You will be able to Direct Message me on the app at any time with any questions you may have!
